As leader of The Vitality Group, Mr. Carlos spearheaded the development of a cutting-edge wellness product and a focused growth strategy for the business.
Mr. Carlos is committed to providing a proven wellness program to the U.S. marketplace in a way that best meets customer needs. He works closely with senior executives at The Vitality Group’s successful parent company, South Africa-based Discovery Holdings Limited, to maximize operational efficiencies across the organizations.
His prior experience includes more than 15 years serving clients in the area of employee benefits for both Aon Consulting and Hewitt Associates.
Mr. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Illinois and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA. |
