Mr. Burtscher has served as one of NIC's directors since August 2004. Mr. Burtscher is chairman of McCarthy Group Advisors, L.L.C., an Omaha-based investment advisory firm. For 13 years, he served as president of Great Western Bank. Mr. Burtscher also serves as a director of NovaStar Financial, Great Western Bancorporation, Great Western Bank, Amerisphere Multi-Family Finance, L.L.C., Landscapes Unlimited, Inc., and the Silverstone Group, an independent insurance agency.
