Arnold Peinado is a partner in the Global Securities Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. He joined the Firm as an associate in 1982 and specializes in capital markets transactions. He has been a partner since 1991.
Mr. Peinado has extensive experience in domestic and international offerings of various types of securities, including high yield debt, investment grade notes and bonds, and common and preferred stock. These offerings have included registered initial public offerings, subsequent primary and secondary offerings and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings coupled with registration rights. Mr. Peinado also has significant experience in offerings of pass-through securities and other asset-backed instruments involving financial assets such as secured equipment notes and accounts receivable.
Mr. Peinado is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School. He also received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. |
