Arne Cook is Managing Director of First Industrial Realty Trust’s Central region, and oversees acquisitions, dispositions, developments, build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations for Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Nashville and St. Louis. He has over 16 years of experience in the office and industrial real estate industry. Prior to joining First Industrial in 1997, Mr. Cook served for nine years as Senior Director of Real Estate Development and Finance with the Opus Group of Companies where he was responsible for the development, sales, financing and asset management of office and industrial properties throughout the Midwest. Mr. Cook is actively involved with the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), serving as the Minnesota Chapter President for the year 2000. He is also affiliated with the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), and the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Mr. Cook earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Master of Science in Real Estate Development & Investment Analysis at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. |
