D. Ari Buchler, who manages Phase Forward's legal and corporate affairs globally and advises the company's board of directors, has for more than 10 years represented clients in a broad range of legal and business matters. Before joining Phase Forward, Buchler served both as corporate counsel for Cahners Business Information (now Reed Business Information), a leading business-information provider, and as corporate associate for the Boston office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom LLP, one of the world's largest, leading law firms. At Skadden, Arps, Buchler focused on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.At Phase Forward, Buchler's practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, technology licensing, employment, intellectual property, and corporate governance. Buchler is also responsible for the company's investor relations.
Buchler holds a bachelor of arts degree, summa cum laude, from Hunter College of the City University of New York and a doctor of jurisprudence degree with honors from Columbia University School of Law. |
