Archie W. Dunham, age 68, has been a director of LP since 1996. He is Chairman of the Board and a director of ConocoPhillips, an international, integrated energy company. He served in various senior executive positions with Conoco Inc., including most recently as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, for more than five years prior to its merger with Phillips Petroleum Company in 2002. Mr. Dunham is also a director of Union Pacific Corporation and Phelps Dodge Corporation. |
