Mr. Gutierrez is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on litigation matters.While attending law school, Mr. Gutierrez served as the Managing Business Editor of the Rutgers Race and the Law Review. He also served as the Vice President of the Association of Latin American Law Students. Mr. Gutierrez spent a semester at the University of Puerto Rico Law School taking courses in Spanish. Most notably, he was selected as the commencement speaker and shared the stage at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center with Chief Justice James R.
