Mr. Anton J. Drescher - Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director
Mr. Drescher has been Chief Financial Officer of USA Video since December 1994. He has also been a director and President of International Tower Hill Mines Limited, a public British Columbia company listed on the TSX since February 2003; a director of Dorato Resources Inc. (formerly Quest Ventures Inc.), a public company listed on the TSX since 1996 and President and CEO since December 1994; a director of Landmark Minerals Inc., a public company listed on the TSX since February 2003; and a director and President of Waymar Resources Ltd. since June 2005. He was formerly a director and Secretary/Treasurer of Amanta Resources Inc., a public company listed for trading on the TSX from 1997 to September 2004. Mr. Drescher has been President and sole director of Westpoint Management Consultants Limited, a private company engaged in consulting and accounting for business reorganizations since 1979; and President and sole director of Harbour Pacific Capital Corp., a private British Columbia company involved in regulatory filings for businesses in Canada since 1998.
