Mr. Vernon has nearly 25 years of experience serving in senior executive positions at various Johnson & Johnson companies, including company group chairman of DePuy Orthopedics, Inc. (2004-2005), president of Centocor, Inc. (2001-2004), president of McNeil Consumer Healthcare (1999-2001), and president worldwide of the Johnson & Johnson Merck Joint Venture. Mr. Vernon received a B.A. from Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management. |
