Mr. Zana is an associate in the firm's Huntsville, Alabama office and regularly practices in the areas of commercial transactions, real estate and general corporate law, with an emphasis on emerging and technology business and government contractors. Mr. Zana has experience in a broad range of matters, including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, teaming and subcontract arrangements, contract negotiation, and various business formations and reorganizations.
