Mr. Deasey joined the Board in September 2007. Mr. Deasey has extensive experience in the financial arena with both publically and privately held companies. He most recently served for seven years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Celsion Corporation (AMEX:CLN), a development stage company developing heat activated liposomal drug delivery systems. Prior to Celsion Mr. Deasey was Chief Financial Officer of Church & Dwight Co. Inc. (NYSE:CHD), Rollerblade and World Kitchen Inc. and held increasingly senior positions in the international operations of Chesebrough Ponds Inc. and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Deasey is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. |
