Tony frequently serves as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for troubled companies.

Financial advisor to a $300 M family owned (75 family members) waste management company. He helped the company navigate through the operational restructuring of the business, changes to the budget process, sale of strategic assets, refinancing, and an overhaul to their financial and management reporting systems.
Financial advisor to Southern States Cooperative, a $1.3 B agriculture co-op where he helped address significant operational and financial issues. The company developed and implemented a turnaround plan and successfully restructured its debt. In 2005, Southern States won the Turnaround Management Association's award for "Mega Deal of the Year".
Financial advisor to an automotive supplier with 11 plants in the U.S. and Mexico. Managed the bankruptcy process and ultimate wind down of the business with full recovery to the secured lender and an estimated 50% recovery to the unsecured.
Interim CFO for a troubled die caster and automotive component manufacturer and helped manage an out of court settlement and ultimate sale of the business.
Interim Chief Executive Officer/CFO for an ambulance business in crisis with a seriously deteriorated financial condition. He managed to stabilize the operations long enough to sell off a portion of the business.
