Mr. Fernandes (Director since 2001) served as Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer of Phillip Services Corporation (diversified industrial services provider) from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President of ARCO's downstream operations from 1994 to 1999 President of ARCO Coal a subsidiary of ARCO from 1990 to 1994 and Corporate Controller of ARCO from 1987 to 1990. Mr. Fernandes serves on the Boards of Black & Veatch Cytec Industries and Tower Automotive.
