Anthony Crudele, has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since May 2007, and previously as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Crudele, a Certified Public Accountant, joined Tractor Supply Company in September 2005, having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Gibson Guitar from 2003 to 2005. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Sports Authority from 1996 to 1999, contributing significantly to that company’s financial infrastructure during its high-growth years and where he managed traditional finance areas as well as strategic planning, treasury and investor relations activities. Mr. Crudele began his career in public accounting in 1978, with significant tenure at the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. |
