Anthony E. Bruzzese concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate and partnership law and mergers and acquisitions. Attending Miami University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business in 1998. He received his Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2003 where he was an Associate Editor on the University of Dayton Law Review. He is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Bruzzese is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to attending law school, he worked for a regional public accounting firm in Dayton. He has been named an "Ohio Rising Star" in Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine. |
