Tony McDuffie is Senior Vice President Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Harrah's Entertainment Inc. In that role he oversees the company’s various financial accounting and reporting functions including consolidated reporting property reporting corporate and treasury accounting payroll disbursements and income sales and property taxes. He also oversees the accounting policy setting process and is responsible for the overall integrity and quality of the Company’s accounting and financial reporting.
McDuffie joined the company in 1988 and has held numerous financial positions during his tenure. He was named Vice President in 1999 Controller and Chief Accounting Officer in 2001 and Senior Vice President in July 2005.
McDuffie received his BS in finance from Christian Brothers University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves as a trustee and treasurer of The Harrah’s Foundation. |
