Anne Peters practices in areas of environmental law, including the environmental aspects of real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, administrative hearings, municipal water supply and wastewater treatment projects. In addition to commercial and municipal clients, Anne represents owners and operators of commercial underground storage tanks in regulatory, enforcement and remedial matters.
