As Chief Legal Officer, Anne Donohue oversees corporate contract, business, and employment law matters and assists SRA's Chief Financial Officer in managing SRA's outside counsel. As Director of Contracts and Procurement, she manages a team of professionals who administer and negotiate government and commercial contracts, subcontracts, and procurements. Donohue joined SRA in July 1990 as corporate security manager and later became director of security and deputy director of asset management.
Prior to joining SRA, Donohue worked for the Institute for Defense Analyses and as a manager in the Washington, D.C. office of a Silicon Valley information technology firm. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the District of Columbia, and is a member of several bars, including the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the D.C. Circuit. A member of the American Bar Association since 1994, Donohue is active in the public contract law section and also belongs to the science and technology and business law sections.
