Anne Schneider is a partner in the Sacramento law firm of Ellison, Schneider & Harris where she manages the firm's water practice. Anne specializes in the field of water law, with a practice which focuses on water rights issues as they pertain to the protection of existing rights and the establishment and acquisition of appropriative, riparian and groundwater rights. Anne has an extensive practice before the State Water Resources Control Board involving complex project permitting and the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta proceedings. Anne is an expert in the law of groundwater rights and adjudications, and serves as Special Referee for the court in the Chino Basin adjudication. Before founding the firm in 1990 with Christopher Ellison, Anne was a partner with Downey, Brand, Seymour and Rohwer. |
