Anna Chagnon has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since October 2003 and as President since August 2000. She has previously served in various positions at the company including Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and General Counsel.
Prior to joining the company, she served as Counsel to Progress Software Corporation, a developer and worldwide supplier of solutions to build, deploy, and manage applications across Internet, client/server, and host/terminal computing environments. She has also practiced law at the Boston firms of Peabody & Arnold and Warner & Stackpole, where she specialized in fields of corporate, securities, finance, and intellectual property law.
Ms. Chagnon holds an MBA, summa cum laude, from Babson College. She also holds a BS, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University, and a JD from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley. |
