Experience:
Ann joined Mayer Brown in September 2007, having previously been a partner in the commercial litigation group at Kendall Freeman and their partner in charge of training and trainees. Ann has wide ranging contentious experience in all forums, to include international claims, particularly on breach of contract and injunctive relief. Ann's commercial litigation practice included some employment work and she has now decided to specialise in this area. She has experience of advising on unfair dismissal, redundancy, grievance and disciplinary investigations, general employment queries, contracts and staff handbooks. She also has experience of supporting the employment elements of corporate work, assisting with due diligence and advising on warranties and indemnities.
