Ann F. Kaplan has been a Director of Signature Bank since March 2004. Kaplan is the Chair of Circle Financial Group, a membership organization that provides wealth management services. She has also been an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Columbia University School of Business since January 2004. Kaplan is also a director of the Financial Guaranty Insurance Company. In November 2003, Kaplan retired from Goldman, Sachs, & Co., which she joined in 1977. She was a General Partner from 1990 to 1999, a Managing Director from 1999-2002 and an Advisory Director from 2002-2003. |
