Angelique David is an associate in the corporate department. Her principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, investment management, corporate finance, commercial transactions, corporate insurance, and general corporate matters.

Angelique has experience representing buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions. She also regularly advises companies on issues relating to general business laws as well as Federal and State regulatory issues. In addition, Angelique has represented both lenders and borrowers in various loan transactions. She also has experience counseling clients on a range of insurance regulatory matters.



During the summer of 2002, Ms. David worked as a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Fellow at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago (LAF). While at LAF, Angelique helped secure legal assistance for low-income individuals in the Chicagoland area. At the conclusion of the Fellowship, Ms. David was elected to a two-year term on the PILI Board of Directors, where she serves as a member of the Development Committee.
