Director since 1994. Mr. Baltins, 60, has been a member of the law firm of Kaplan, Strangis and Kaplan, P.A. since 1979. Mr. Baltins is a member of the boards of Affinity Group Holding, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Affinity Group, Inc., a member- based direct marketing and specialty merchandise retailer targeting recreational vehicle owners and outdoor enthusiasts. He also serves as a director of various private and non-profit corporations. Mr. Baltins serves as the Chair of our Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and is also a member of the Compensation Committee. |
