Andy has more than 20 years experience in high volume residential and commercial appraisal for fair market value realty interests and for assessment purposes. Since April 1989, he has owned and operated Andrew Leirer and Associates Real Estate Appraisal Services. He has been qualified as an expert witness in local, state and federal courts. Andy has trained several appraisers over the years. He has taught numerous pre-license and continuing education classes for appraisers and real estate sales agents. A graduate of Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland State University, he holds a BA degree in political science. Andy is a decorated U.S. Army veteran having served in the Vietnam War. He is also a licensed real estate sales agent. He and his wife, Nancy, (a real estate instructor with Mckissock) live in Novelty, Ohio, and have two children and three dogs. |
