He was a principal at RLA, a boutique strategic consulting firm in New York focused on business process transformation and outsourcing. Mr. Gold was also co-founder of Cube:80 Ltd, a UK-based software developer and ASP providing outsourced solutions for development and delivery of content to mobile phones. He was Dir. of Business Development at Europe Unlimited, a Brussels, Belgium-based consulting firm serving the finance industry. Since 2000, Mr. Gold has raised capital of more than $75 million for tech companies in the US and Europe. He was a key member of the fundraising team for iWorld Groupn that closed a $37 million Series A round. Mr. Gold graduated Magna Cum Laude with a law degree from The American University, was a visiting scholar at The University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds a BA in History and Philosophy from Emory University.
