Andrew joined ECS in 2005 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Administration & General Counsel. He oversees the finance, human resources, training, and legal teams as well as the company's real estate matters. Before joining the ECS team, Andrew served in a number of roles for Genuity Inc., a Fortune 1000 global network services provider and its successor entity GLT Liquidating Trust, most recently as General Counsel. Prior to Genuity, Andrew was an associate with the law firm of Ropes & Gray where he advised technology companies on a wide array of corporate issues including business acquisitions and securities law and worked at Coopers & Lybrand as a CPA. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. |
