Mr. Oliver rejoined Sonnenblick-Goldman Company as a Managing Director and Principal of the firm in 1996. His responsibilities include originating, marketing and structuring of debt and equity real estate transactions.

Mr. Oliver was formerly President of Chase Real Estate Advisors, Inc. (a subsidiary of The Chase Manhattan Corporation). Prior to joining Chase, he was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley Realty. During Mr. Oliver’s 20-year real estate investment banking career, he has arranged financing or disposition of numerous properties with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $4 billion for developer, institutional and corporate clients. Prior to his career in the real estate industry, Mr. Oliver worked at the international accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick in its Audit and International Tax Departments.

He holds a B.S. degree from Boston University, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, Real Estate Board of New York and NAREIT.
