Extensive experience in all types of loan transactions, from single-bank middle market credit facilities to large syndicated credit facilities, including secured and unsecured credits, leveraged buyouts, capital expenditure and working capital financing, construction lending, mortgage loan warehouse facilities, foreign currency facilities, letters of credit (including credit enhancement for industrial development bonds), and loan participations.
Secured lending experience includes all types of real and personal property collateral, including aircraft, watercraft, securities, and intellectual property.
Extensive experience in intercreditor arrangements.
