Mr. Meyers is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Group. Mr. Meyers represents and counsels owners, buyers, tenants, landlords, developers and municipalities in a wide variety of transactions with a focus on the development, construction, conveyance and leasing of commercial real estate and natural resource holdings. In addition to representing clients in the disposition, acquisition and leasing of real estate, Mr. Meyers has negotiated a variety of water, water infrastructure and mineral resource transactions. His practice also includes municipal contract work and the purchase, sale and leasing of hospitality properties. Representative transactions include: the development of multiple water storage facilities over a 14 year period; the exchange of prescriptive ditch easements and adjudicated water rights for documented ditch rights over a 6,000 acre residential development; the consolidation and conveyance of mutual ditch company assets for municipal and private development use; the purchase and sale of hotel properties worth over $81 million; and the negotiation of a $96 million dollar municipal services contract. |
