Creditors Rights, Loan Enforcement and Creditor Bankruptcy Representation

Andrew Nazar has experience with various bankruptcy issues relating to secured, unsecured, trade, and many other types of creditor representation. He has represented or assisted in the representation of agricultural creditors, general trade creditors, lenders, auto dealerships, and unsecured creditor's committees. Mr. Nazar has also represented numerous lenders in lender liability cases, and worked with both lenders and debtors in loan workout situations.
