Dr. Andrew G. Loerch. Dr. Loerch is an associate professor in the Department of Systems Engineering and Operations Research at George Mason University, where he directs the military application track in the master's program in operations research. He is also a retired Army colonel with 26 years of federal service, 15 of which he spent as a military operations research analyst. He is a past president of the Military Operations Research Society and an associate editor of the Operations Research journal. He receives funding through the Department of Homeland Security Critical Infrastructure Protection Program and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Dr. Loerch holds an MS degree in operations research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a PhD in operations research from Cornell University. |
