Andrew F. Jacobs was elected to the board of directors in July 2003 and has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since that time. He served as our Executive Vice President-Finance from August 1998 to July 2003 and as Secretary from April 2000 to July 2003. Mr. Jacobs has served in various other executive positions with us since July 1989. |
