Andrew C. Clarke was elected as a Director of Pacer International, Inc. in January 2005. Since May 2006, Mr. Clarke has served as President of Panther Expedited Service, Inc., a non-asset based provider of expedited transportation services in North America. From April 2001 until May 2006, Mr. Clarke served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Forward Air Corporation, a non-asset based provider of time-definite ground transportation services to the air cargo industry. From March 2000 to April 2001, Mr. Clarke held a number of management positions with Forward Air Corporation. From August 1998 to March 2000, Mr. Clarke was as an investment banker with Deutsche Banc Alex. |
