Andrea is a HMG Director of Operations and brings over 20 years of experience in nursing and quality management to HMG to her position. As a member of the HMG Operations Team, she is responsible for new site implementation and daily operations of current HMG clinical sites. She champions success and passion for promoting the delivery of high quality patient care and patient satisfaction throughout the HMG network.
Andrea is responsible for providing seamless support to our HMG Hospitalist Teams by providing operations support of all activities of the practices. Andrea works side by side with all HMG physicians and staff providing support and motivation as they engage in their daily practice, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives at all of our client hospitals. Additionally, Andrea offers HMG her expertise in improving JCAHO core measure performance. |
