Andrea H. Bricker joined the firm in 1999 and is an Of Counsel member in the firm’s corporate department. Ms. Bricker specializes in the corporate, partnership and securities aspects of real estate companies, including joint venture partnerships, limited liability companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Her experience includes public and private securities offerings for such entities.
Ms. Bricker received her J.D. in 1977 from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law. In 1974, she received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where she majored in sociology.
Ms. Bricker was admitted to practice law in 1977 by the State Bar of California and is a member of its business law section.
