Andra R. Hotchkiss, a Partner for five years and now Of Counsel to the firm, practices in the Corporate Department of our Boston office, specializing in Health Care. She counsels clients on regulatory requirements for health care facilities and retirement communities, patient care issues, contracts and reimbursement. She has secured federal and state regulatory approvals for clients acquiring or lending to health care facilities and retirement communities in numerous multi-state transactions. Ms. Hotchkiss has served as Deputy General Counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and as an Assistant Attorney General to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
