Ana Maria Bast is an associate in the Global Securities Department of the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
Her experience includes the representation of financial institutions and issuers in connection with the issuance of debt and equity securities in the international capital markets. In Latin America, her experience includes transactions with clients in various industries in countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Panama and Venezuela.
Mrs. Bast received her B.S. in policy analysis and management from Cornell University in 2000, and her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2005. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is fluent in Spanish. |
