Ana Stancic joined Aureon in March of 2008, and is responsible for finance, corporate governance and controls and debt and equity markets. She brings to Aureon an extensive background in the financial management of healthcare companies. Most recently, she served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at OMRIX Biopharmaceuticals. In 2004, prior to her tenure at OMRIX, Stancic joined ImClone Systems, Inc. as senior vice president of finance where she was responsible for ImClone’s finance department, information technology and internal audit. Stancic also served as vice president and controller at Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; as vice president and chief accounting officer at Ogden Corporation; and, as regional chief financial officer at OmniCare, Inc. Stancic is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University Business School. |
