She has held senior positions at Ogilvy PR, Container Corporation of America, Hill and Knowlton PR and as a PR consultant. She also worked at Edelman PR, General Electric and Walgreen corporations. Amy enjoys solving for-profit and non-profit organizations challenges and issues through creative and practical marketing and communications strategy and programming that gets results, remains true to their brands and is based on sound market research. Buy-in and involvement of clients senior management teams and employees throughout their organizations is essential to the success of marketing and PR programs and campaigns. She has broad experience in public relations strategy and counseling, media relations, reputation management, media and speaker training, crisis communications and community relations. Volunteer work includes Habitat for Humanity, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, Fourth Presbyterian Church and Career Transitions Center. She holds a BA from Northern Illinois University and a marketing certificate from Northwestern University.
