He has an emphasis on business crime and white-collar matters, such as conducting internal investigations, handling wrongful termination suits, defending against unfair trade practices litigation, and responding to SEC inquiries. Other commercial controversies in which Amrish has served as counsel include patent damages litigation, franchising and licensing disputes, and insurance recovery actions.
