Alyson Schlinger Barclay is Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of ESCO Technologies. She graduated from University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Business Administration, received her Juris Doctor from Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University and received a Masters of Law in taxation from Washington University.
Ms. Barclay began her career with the Company in 1988 prior to ESCO’s spin-off from Emerson Electric in 1990. Ms. Barclay was promoted to Assistant General Counsel and in 1999 was promoted to her current position.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Barclay served in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
Ms. Barclay is a member of the American Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American Corporate Counsel Association. |
