Mr. Blickenstaff has served on the Board of Directors for Plumas Bank since 1988, after previously serving on the Board of Directors for Sierra Security Bank. Born and raised in Susanville, Mr. Blickenstaff is a farmer and rancher by trade. He and his wife of 44 years, Beverly, own and operate Blickenstaff. |
