Current duties and responsibilities involve the supervision and coordination of national client procedural implementation, also overseeing day-to-day operational aspects of CBR’s National Account Business Center. The National Account Business Center facilitates the receipt, review, administration, and completion of assignments received by clients with investigation and/or surveillance needs across the country. Prior to joining CBR Inc., Mr. Lux was a respected owner and President of American Investigative Services, Inc. (AIS), American Security & Protective Services LLC, and ASAP Background Screening Services. He has over 23 years of investigative experience conducting insurance claim and business fraud investigations. Mr. Lux is a current member in good standing of the Michigan Council of Private Investigators (MCPI), National Society of Professional Investigators (NSPI), National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS), Michigan Self Insurance Association (MSIA). To keep abreast of national trends as they relate to investigative management and insurance needs, Mr. Lux regularly attends national training seminars sponsored by the International Association of Special Investigators (IASIU) and Insurance Fraud Management Association (IFM). |
