Allen Dodge has served as Executive Vice President-CFO of HealthGrades since July 2006. Allen oversees the development, management and reporting of the financial plan that links HealthGrades' strategic mission and vision to measurable financial goals. Mr. Dodge's responsibilities include all aspects of finance, accounting, investor relations and human resource functions.
During his years at HealthGrades, Mr. Dodge was Senior Vice President of Finance (since May 2001), Vice President of Finance and Controller (March 2000 - May 2001) and Corporate Controller (September 1997 - May 2000).
Mr. Dodge has over 16 years of experience in accounting; his background includes various positions with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP in Los Angeles, California and Ernst & Young, LLP in Denver, Colorado. A graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara, Mr. Dodge is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
