Allen is responsible for Mobular’s vision, mission and operations and will focus on growing market share and capitalizing on the Company’s strong technology foundation and well-established position in several markets. Allen's career encompasses over 20 years of senior financial executive experience. Immediately prior to joining Mobular, he served as Treasurer and Director of Corporate Communications at Wolverine Tube (NYSE:WLV). Previously he served as Corporate Vice President, Treasurer, and CFO of Nichols Research Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed IT and services company, acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE:CSC). Allen is a Certified Public Accountant, with a bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. |
