Description of Practice:
Allen B. Walburn is a partner in the firm's San Diego office. He has extensive experience in a broad range of matters involving taxation, including stock-based compensation and corporate and partnership taxation. Mr. Walburn has played a significant role in structuring several corporate and partnership transactions involving formation of entities, mergers and acquisitions and other related matters.
Mr. Walburn is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Walburn has also held a license as a Certified Public Accountant in California since 1985.
Educational History:
Mr. Walburn received his B.S. cum laude from San Diego State University in 1982, his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego in 1994 and his LL.M. in Taxation summa cum laude from the University of San Diego in 1995. |
