Ms. James joined the Company in April 2003 and serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. From January 2002 to March 2003, Ms. James was Director of Human Resources for the sales, marketing and customer service and support organizations within Gateway, Inc. Prior to this position, from June 1999 to December 2001, she managed various HR and Organizational Development functions for the international and domestic operations of Gateway. From September 1988 to May 1999, Ms. James was employed by Mars, Inc., where she held a number of different management positions over a period of 11 years covering human resources, supply chain, manufacturing and sales.
Ms James received a bachelor's degree in Management Studies and French from the University of Bradford in 1988. |
