Mr. Webster was the Executive Vice President of the Company, and had been an officer of the Company from 1979 through his retirement in 2003, and a director from 1986 until October 2004. Mr. Webster has also served as a director of New Bridge Bank Corporation (formerly Lexington State Bank) since 2006. He has currently been a director of the Company since August 2007, and is a member of the Company's Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and Audit Committee. |
