As the VP of Engineering, Alex leads the development of applications that streamline Reprise Media's search engine marketing services. He also manages the ongoing operational stability and availability of Reprise Media's tools and technological resources and advancements. Alex joined Reprise Media with an extensive background in online advertising technologies, and web analytics. In the fall of 2001, he joined Insight First as a principal developer of their enterprise class, real-time Web analytics system. Insight First was able to win and retain such notable clients as Viacom, United.com, and Oxygen Network. In the winter of 2003, Insight First was acquired by 24/7 Real Media. As the VP of Engineering for 24/7 Real Media, he oversaw the development of Open AdStream, Real Media's flagship ad serving platform. Most notably, he led the integration of Insight First Web analytics technologies with the 24/7 ad serving suite in order to create a behavioral ad targeting platform. Alex graduated from SUNY Stony Brook, with a BS in physics. He currently resides in Boston’s South End and is an avid chef and snowboarder |
